Delete your data

UNREAD: Detective Chat Mysteries (by Prasanth T) has no accounts, no sign-in and no servers. We don't collect or store any personal data, so there is nothing about you on our side to delete. Your game progress lives only on your phone, and you can delete it yourself at any time:

Delete game progress

  1. In the app: Settings → Reset progress (resets story progress; purchases are kept), or
  2. Android settings: Settings → Apps → UNREAD → Storage & cache → Clear storage (removes all saves and settings), or
  3. Uninstall the app. Android deletes its data automatically.

Device backups

If Android backup is turned on, your phone may include UNREAD's save file in your Google account backup. That backup is stored by Google, not by us. Manage or delete it in Android Settings → Google → Backup, or at myaccount.google.com.

Purchases

Purchases are processed and recorded by Google Play under your Google account. We never receive your payment details. Your order history is managed by Google: see Play Store → Payments & subscriptions, and Google's Privacy Policy.

Emails to support

If you emailed us, we can delete that correspondence. Write to tprasanth696@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my emails" and we'll confirm within 30 days.
